We've made a few changes to our online booking system to allow for the change in service times and a reduced menu during the first stage of our reopening.
PREPAY: All appointments are now prepaid - this allows us to ensure all payments are completely contactless and minimise the time you are outside of our waxing rooms, in the main salon. Appointments are fully refundable as long as we have received the required notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
STUDENT DISCOUNT: We are thrilled to be able to offer a 15% student discount. All you have to do is add the promo code STUDENT when completing your online booking payment.
Please note we will require valid student id to be presented at your appointment.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Once you have booked in you will be sent a confirmation email that contains a form we need you to complete and submit. We will need you to complete a COVID-19 Health Form (which includes the government requirements for contact tracing) and of course your usual Wax HQ Consultation Form.
Phoning up to book an appointment can sometimes seem like a top secret mission - trying to find a place where no one can hear you.
And although we're not easily embarrassed and believe us we've seen it all we understand that sometimes a little discretion is required.
To that end we have a Discretionary Code that means you can book appointments over the phone without alerting the world to what you're getting waxed if you choose to.
Simply ask to for an 'HQ' followed by the relevant number.
