In order to manage our diary efficiently and make sure we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list it is essential that we have enough notice to do so.
Therefore, we ask for at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation within our opening hours. We will refund any appointments that have been cancelled within this time frame.
A 25% fee will be deducted from your refund for any late cancellations. (i.e. failure to give us 24hrs notice)
No-shows and missed appointment are not refundable.

We ask that you phone or email us to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been asked to self-isolate.
How to Cancel your appointment?
Simply log back into your online booking account, select MY BOOKINGS, and cancel the appointment.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hrs and will take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
